Wivine S is an interesting and very powerful-moving filly who combines the Grand Prix blood of Desperado with a dressage dam line that has produced successful sport and inspection horses for generations.

Her sire Desperado (by Vivaldi) is one of the leading Dutch dressage stallions. Ridden by Emmelie Scholtens, he competed successfully at international Grand Prix level and has also established himself as an influential sire in dressage breeding.

Dam Iris S (by Apache) is a Ster, IBOP-dressage mare who won silver at the National Foal Championships thanks to her conformation and suppleness. Her offspring have also attracted attention. Daughter Otharin S (by Sir Donnerhall) was one of the top-selling horses at the Excellent Dressage Sales in 2019 and was recently sold to the USA, where she will continue her career with Belinda Trussell. Son Radetzky S (by Sir Donnerhall) was selected for the second round of the KWPN Stallion Selection.

Further back in the dam line, we find several successful dressage horses. Granddam Zietharin S (by Fürst Heinrich) is Ster and Preferent and produced, among others, the Elite, Sport-dressage and PROK mare Kalisha S, who competed at ZZ-Licht level. She is also behind Graphit-S, who competed at ZZ-Zwaar level and was selected for the second round of the KWPN Stallion Selection.

The line continues through the Keur, Preferent mare Cietharin (by Ulft) and has produced horses competing up to international Grand Prix level, including Bon Aparte and Landsdale, as well as the Small Tour horses Gaspari S and Huittarien.

With Desperado as her sire and a dam line in which sport, inspections and breeding success have come together for generations, Wivine S has an interesting pedigree for both sport and breeding.
